Training, Support, and Professional Development: New York Life

support, as well as prospecting and technical assistance. Our

established agents and managers who assist you in developing a

How we will compensate you: You have the power to determine your
own income with our commission-based compensation. It is not
commission-only, there is also a training pay structure for the
first 2 years. In 2021, the average income of our agents under the
N8 and N9 Agent's Contract who met annual minimum sales production
requirements was $124,000. Individual agent performance will
determine your income. Benefits include medical, dental, vision,
life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) and
pension.

Responsibilities:
--- Create customized financial plans using the products and
services we offer based on each client's potential life and
financial needs
--- Research and provide financial advice and strategies through
educational meetings or seminars that are suitable based on client
risk tolerance and financial objectives
--- Provide financial recommendations to clients for savings plans,
life insurance policies, mutual fund investments, and other
financial products
--- Identify, seek out, and generate prospects continuously using
social media or other marketing tools and create strong
relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor
--- Work with each client to collect personal financial information
including status, cash flow, and expectations for documentation in
our CRM
Qualifications:
--- Relationship management skills are required
--- Uncompromising integrity and the ability to effectively
communicate complex programs and ideas is required
--- Required to effectively network to identify potential new
clients
