Job Description:
A company is looking for a RCM Billing Specialist to manage
medical billing processes and ensure compliance with coding
regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and submit accurate claims to insurance companies
within specified timelines
Apply accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding in compliance with
payer guidelines
Verify patient insurance coverage and conduct follow-ups on
submitted claims to resolve issues
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or
certification in medical billing or coding preferred
1-3 years of experience in medical billing, coding, or claims
processing
Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
Familiarity with EHR/EMR and billing software
Certifications such as CPC or CBCS preferred but not required
