Seeking dynamic and enthusiastic candidates for an Office
Administrator position based in Sacramento, CA.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Establish and maintain office standards, policies and procedures,
including but not limited to administrative and front desk
operations, operating hours, mailroom and distribution operations,
production center operations, workstation appearance and
supplies/files, records retention/destruction. Measure and report
results against standards making necessary adjustments.
? Oversee office atmosphere, including cleanliness, safety and
maintenance.
? Assure office facilities are in good working order and supplied
appropriately to meet the business needs of the particular area
(e.g. meeting rooms, kitchen and other public areas)
? Manage administrative staff to ensure business units have
adequate administrative needs met and office functions in
accordance with operating policies.
? Maintain office supplies and office maintenance within budgeted
guidelines.
? Act as relationship manager with supply and other office service
vendors including office supplies, copier & related equipment,
storage and maintenance and repair vendors.
? Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget for
office supplies and services as directed by Finance &
Administration.
? Maintain office staff job results by coaching employees;
planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
? Provide administrative and operational support and guidance to
local office representative.
? Assist with or lead special projects as they may arise.
? Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as
needed.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
? 3 years experience with administrative staff
? MS Windows and Office Suite knowledge, including Word and
Excel
? Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
? Exceptional ability to problem-solve effectively and be very
detail-oriented
? Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and
leadership skills
? Possesses a positive 'get the job done' attitude and remains
flexible to our ever-changing environment
? High school diploma or GED equivalent.
? Some college, a Bachelors or Associate?s Degree of Arts or
Science or higher, a plus.
