Military Veterans are Encouraged to Apply. -Join our tranquil waterfront resort on Lake Tahoe as a Preventive Maintenance Engineer, where you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the upkeep of our scenic haven nestled in the Sierra Nevada mountains.

Your primary focus will be general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and front-of-house areas, including entry-level preventive maintenance for guest rooms and public areas. Engage in tasks related to drywall, painting, filter changes, and minor electrical and HVAC work to maintain the pristine condition of our facilities. Your role extends to performing repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, calling for skills and experience in these areas. Effective communication skills are essential as you contribute to the seamless operation of our serene retreat, where guests explore winding trails, indulge in spa relaxation, and savor award-winning dining experiences before retiring to our spacious rooms, upscale suites, or private waterfront cottages. Qualifications:

• Experience in general maintenance and repairs.
• Skills in drywall, painting, filter changes, and minor electrical and HVAC work.
• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment repairs.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Previous experience in a resort or hospitality setting is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Ability to contribute to a positive guest experience in a serene waterfront environment.
