The Global QA Manager will be responsible for driving our QA initiatives and efforts across all locations, ensuring that our products are fully tested using the latest techniques.How will you make an impact

• Management: You will be responsible for managing, hiring, and training QA engineers as well as aligning resources as per business needs.
• Communication: You will write reports and relay information to employees and management on releases and risks. You will work with Project Managers to ensure QA deliverables are on-time and identify any risks upfront.
• Coding Comprehension: You should be able to read and write computer coding languages like Java and Python to identify potential problems and streamline software delivery.
• Creative and Innovative Thinking: Find creative solutions for complex software and business issues and apply these solutions to resolve problems.
• Ensure team adheres to established test case standardization & best practices.
• Measure team and individual performance through standardized key performance indicators, pushing the quality bar higher.
• Stay on top of cutting-edge testing techniques and trends, implementing technologies, and ensuring higher quality products on projects.Have you got what it takes?
  • 15+ years of Quality Assurance Experience.
  • 7+ years as a Quality Assurance Manager.
  • 4+ years working with CloudOps.
  • Led QA teams globally (multiple locations).
  • Experience testing Cloud-based solutions (Private, AWS, Azure).
  • Experience testing products AI models.
  • Experience testing products in the financial crime market (Fraud and Anti Money Laundering).
  • Experience testing API-based solutions.
  • Experience testing Real-time solutions.
  • Experience testing high volume transaction solutions.
  • Experience with using and building QA Automation.
  • Experience testing React-based UIs.
  • Experience testing MicroServices-based architectures.
  • Experience testing solutions that leverage databases (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB).
  • Experience testing BI solutions.
  • Experience with CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
  • Experience with Cloud-based Release Management.
  • Experience with code scanning services like Blackduck and Veracode.
  • Experience with Security services and testing for Security.
  • Experience with Agile development and SCRUM.
  • Experience with Linux systems.You will have an advantage if you also have:
    • Experience with Performance Testing plans and tools.
    • Experience with I18N product testing.
    • Experience using AI to build tests and test plans.
    • Experience with Security services like MFA, Encryption.
    • Experience with Superset BI framework.
    • Experience with Snowflake, Graph Database, Time Series Databases.
