Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Network Security to lead and
mentor the Network Security team while enhancing service
offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain standardized processes and efficiency
measurements for service delivery
Identify and report KPIs, objectives, and metrics while managing
budgeted costs and operational expenditures
Provide mentoring to Firewall engineers and ensure smooth 24/7
operations to meet customer needs
Required Qualifications
Understanding of Network Security engineering and administration
with relevant certifications (CISM, CISSP, etc.) within the first
year
Leadership experience in managing a technical customer support team
in a dynamic environment
Experience in cybersecurity operations, Firewall management, and
network topologies
Knowledge of ITIL Service management and Agile frameworks
Ability to evaluate individual and team skills and foster strong
stakeholder relationships
