A company is looking for a Senior Director - Employee Experience
and People Communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and
growth throughout the employee lifecycle
Develop and execute communication strategies that resonate with a
diverse, global workforce
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, integrating DEI
principles into employee experiences
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or
Marketing
Master's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human
Resources, or Organizational Leadership (preferred)
Proven experience in strategic employee experience leadership and
data-driven decision making
Expertise in managing change communications for global teams
Experience in community engagement and corporate social
responsibility initiatives
