Restaurant Manager Job SummaryQdoba is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a fast-paced and efficient work environment, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that our high standards of quality and cleanliness are met.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a safe and healthy work environment for employees and customers
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and labor costs, inventory management, and scheduling
• Train and develop team members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
• Monitor sales and profits, and implement strategies to increase revenue and efficiency
• Partner with the leadership team to achieve sales goals and improve overall restaurant performanceRequirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry
  • Familiarity with local health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to employee management and scheduling
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and OutlookPosition Competencies:
