Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Scrum Master with hands-on
software development experience in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Guide Agile practices and lead ceremonies such as daily stand-ups
and sprint planning
Facilitate communication between the development team, product
management, and stakeholders
Collaborate directly with developers to resolve issues and optimize
processes for successful product deployments
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent role with
enterprise SaaS products
2+ years of hands-on programming experience with Python, SQL, and
Linux
Experience launching new scrum-based projects and defining best
practices
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle
management
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices and tools
