Job Description:
We are hiring several experienced Apartment Maintenance
Technicians for temporary and temp-to-hire jobs at apartment
communities throughout southern Nevada! Candidates must be
experienced in Apartment Maintenance or a similar handyman
role.
Positions are temporary and temp-to-hire assignments of 8-hour
shifts, part-time. Submit your application for immediate

Pay Rate: $18/hr
Job Duties:
Residential Maintenance Technicians are responsible for apartment
renovations and turns, exterior preventative maintenance, &
standard handyman work including: appliance repair &
troubleshooting, painting, plumbing, light electric, light
carpentry, & patching sheetrock.
