Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate VP, Infrastructure
Production Support responsible for the continuous operations of
production environments across cloud and data center services.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day management of core technology platforms and
ensure business operations meet functional requirements
Implement Agile methodologies to enhance production stability and
responsiveness to business needs
Recruit and lead a high-performing technical team to diagnose and
resolve complex infrastructure issues
Required Qualifications
BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information
Systems, or a related field
10+ years of experience in technology support, preferably in a
senior healthcare management role
Experience with cloud transformation in a large organization
(F500)
Direct Production Support accountability in datacenter and cloud
environments
Budget responsibility exceeding $100-150M
