Job Description:
A company is looking for an On Demand Client Consultant -
Brokerage to manage client relationships and oversee offshore
teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and service implementations
Oversee processes, analyze data, and execute service
improvements
Coordinate and train offshore teams while monitoring production
issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of commercial industry experience
Experience working with Agency Management Systems
Comprehensive knowledge of various lines of commercial and personal
line coverages
License preferred but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and
Word
